CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 151(JUD) am "An Act relating to claims                                        
and court actions for defects in the design, construction, and                                      
remodeling of certain dwellings; limiting when certain court actions                                
may be brought; and amending Rules 79 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil                                 
Procedure" was read the second time.                                                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Bunde, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                     
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute                                      
offered on page 1272. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                       
HOUSE BILL NO. 151(L&C) was adopted.                                                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.
